1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order total, destination, and selected delivery speed. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your account dashboard.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all deliveries. The carrier is selected based on destination, weight, and shipping method chosen.
6. ORDER STATUS DEFINITIONS
- Processing: Order confirmed, preparing for shipment
- Shipped: Order has left our facility
- In Transit: Package is en route to destination
- Out for Delivery: Package will be delivered today
- Delivered: Package has been delivered
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
7.1 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team.
7.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.3 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipping.
9. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
9.1 Weather Delays
Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during these events.
9.2 Holidays
Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons. Order early to ensure timely delivery.
9.3 Rural Areas
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
